Refund and Returns Policy
We are only too happy to replace items that a defective or damaged, received wrong product and unfortunately this does not extend to change of mind or mistaken ordering.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from date of receipt of your order. If 15 days have passed since your item was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, make sure the label is not removed and your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace item if it is faulty and received wrong product.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will be provided the mailing address when you contact us. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
